When I became pregnant with my third child, I decided to hire Tara as my personal trainer. Tara personalized a convenient workout plan that I was able to stick with throughout my pregnancy. I worked out three times a week and felt great! Working out not only helped with my delivery, but I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight in not time. I have had the pleasure of working with Tara Basagoitia for the past two years. In that time she has worked with me on strength training an a regular basis, coached me on diet and nutritional goals, and helped me successfully prepare for and complete two full marathons as well as numerous, half marathons, 10K and 5K races. I first began working Tara after losing both of my parents to disease. If they had led healthier lifestyles, they may have avoided the diseases that plagued them.
